SpaceBack Garage Cleaning is operated by SpaceBack LLC, based in Windsor, Colorado. These terms explain use of our website and the general conditions for requesting services. Your accepted written quote or service agreement sets out the specific work, price and booking conditions for your job. We will provide the applicable terms for your review before you book. A quote request alone does not create a service booking or payment obligation.
Information and photos help us understand your project. An estimate based on those details may require an on-site assessment before we can confirm the final scope and total price.
Your written quote will identify the included work, agreed removal volume, total price, any applicable taxes or fees, and payment and scheduling terms. This includes any agreed travel, disposal or additional-load charges. If a cost cannot yet be determined, we will explain how it will be calculated before you agree to the work.
A booking is confirmed when you accept the written quote and we confirm the appointment. Additional work or charges require your approval before that work proceeds.
Services may include garage cleaning, sorting, organizing, floor cleaning, pressure washing, hauling and selected add-ons, as listed in your quote.
Website package descriptions help you compare options. They do not include unlimited labor, hauling or disposal. Pressure washing depends on surface suitability, site conditions and safe access. Your quote confirms what is included and any agreed limits.
You must own the property or have permission to authorize the work and removal of items. Please provide accurate project details, safe access and any water or power access agreed in the quote.
Before work begins, identify items that must stay, fragile belongings, valuables and known hazards. Secure cash, jewelry, important documents, medications, weapons and other personal items. Keep children and pets safely away from the work area.
We may pause work if conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable or the job differs materially from the agreed scope. We will discuss the next steps and any proposed changes with you before continuing.
We remove items only with your authorization. You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to dispose of or donate those items, including belongings owned jointly or by someone else.
Before items leave, we will confirm what is approved for removal and the agreed handling instructions. Items delivered for donation, recycling or disposal may not be recoverable. Donation acceptance depends on the receiving organization; we do not guarantee acceptance, item values or tax deductions.
Any purchase of your belongings by SpaceBack must be covered by a separate written agreement. A cleaning or hauling request does not authorize us to buy or resell your belongings.
Standard services do not include hazardous-waste handling, mold or asbestos remediation, biohazard cleanup, pest treatment or work requiring a specialist license. Tell us about suspected hazards before your appointment.
We do not remove chemicals, fuels, ammunition or other hazardous materials under these standard services. Batteries, appliances and electronics require separate confirmation that we can lawfully transport them to an appropriate facility. Any related charges will be agreed before removal.
Results depend on the surface, age, existing condition and type of buildup. Some stains, discoloration, odors or existing damage may remain after cleaning.
We will discuss visible concerns and the proposed cleaning method before starting. We may decline or change a method if it could damage a surface or cannot be performed safely. Cleaning is not a repair or restoration service unless expressly included in your quote.
Payment methods, due dates and any deposit will be disclosed in your quote or booking agreement. Requesting a quote does not require payment.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation charge, refund condition or missed-access fee must be disclosed and agreed before booking, subject to applicable law. This page does not create an undisclosed cancellation fee.
Weather, unsafe conditions or other practical issues may require a schedule change. If we cannot perform the agreed work and we do not agree on a replacement appointment, we will refund amounts prepaid for work not performed. Any separately agreed customer-cancellation conditions remain subject to applicable law.
If you notice a problem or believe damage occurred during service, contact spacebackgc@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible with the job details and any helpful photos. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, interfere with the site or attempt to access another person's information.
Our branding, text and images belong to SpaceBack or their respective owners. Do not use them commercially without permission. Images identified as illustrative or concept images are not representations of completed customer jobs or promises of an identical result.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. A quote request does not authorize promotional messaging or public use of your photos.
We may update these terms for future website use and bookings. Changes do not automatically alter an existing accepted service agreement. Any job-specific agreement controls its specific subject matter to the extent permitted by law.
